My name is Elias, welcome to my early-2000s, geo-cities style website.
I am a poet, academic, and visual artist. My mediums of choice are written text, artist books, linocuts, and miniature sculptures/design.
My academic interests are early modern English poetry, Romanticism, French Symbolism, Futurism, and broad topics pertaining to the digital humanities.
Until recently, I had been adjuncting at Montclair State University and Rutgers University - Newark, but now I am beginning a PhD in English
Literature at the University of Maryland.
I hold an MFA in from Columbia University where I served as Print Poetry Editor for Columbia Journal Issue 59
and as a Teaching Fellow in the undergraduate creative writing program.
Previously, I attended Cornell University where I doubled majored in Entomology and Ecology, with additional coursework in English
Literature and Indigenous Studies.
In my free time I enjoy stragety tabletop games, animation, mathematics, studying internet culture, listening to music,
and chronically overthinking.
